The oesophagus is engorged with numerous food remains, including oysters, red berries, spaghetti, apples, cheese, rice, fried food, shrimp, steak, jelly and French fries.

The main bronchi are about 10-15 cm long and 1-2 cm in diameter. The trachea and stem bronchi are occupied by the same food material over their entire height.

The lungs are highly congestive, with markedly increased volume and weight with numerous hemorrhagic petechiae on the pleural surface. At the cut, they appear to be rich in greenish fluid, with some food remains identifiable in the air cavities of the main and secondary bronchi.

The stomach is highly dilated, engorged with an impressive quantity of food material with numerous unchewed, unsectioned fragments, for a total volume of of 3.8 liters, including oysters, red berries, spaghetti, knackis, popcorn, rice, fried food, shrimps, chopped steak, jelly, chicken, cereals, potatoes, onions, chocolate, lots of cream, pickles, eggs, vermicelli, pizza, peas and French fries. After washing, the mucosa appears highly congestive.

All viscera appear congestive. Blood is found in large quantities in the vascular cavities.

Numerous food remains distributed along the entire length, predominantly in the proximal intestinal topography, with highly congestive mucosa. The appendix is present and normal in appearance.
